Q/ Do you have a Minimum Printed Tshirt Order?
A/ No! Orders start at 1 x t-shirt.
Q/ What is your order turnaround time?
A/ Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. For emergencies, when production permits, we offer a 3-5 business days ‘Express’ service and for extreme emergencies when our capacity permits, our Guaranteed 24 Hour* ‘Lightning’ service or ‘Miracle’ same day service on selected items. *Conditions apply.
Q/ Do you have a showroom?
A/ Yes, our small factory showroom is located in Marrickville Sydney, open between 8-4.00 M-F by appointment only
Q/ Can I mix styles, colours & sizes in my printed tshirt order?
A/ Yes, of course. Provided the print is the same, your order can be a mix of exactly what you require.
Q/ Do you take Credit Cards?
A/ Yes, we take Visa & Mastercard
Q/ Do you ship Australia Wide?
A/ Yes, we have very good rates with Startrack. The packages are quick and trackable.
Q/ Do you sell plain T-shirts?
A/ Yes, all the t-shirts you see in our ranges are for sale plain or printed.
Q/ Can I buy just one or two T-shirts?
A/ Unfortunately, we don’t sell plain t-shirts in ones or twos, for plain t-shirts our minimum order value is $240.
Q/ Are you an Australian Business?
A/ Yes, and proud of it. 100% Privately Australian Owned and Run, located in Marrickville Sydney NSW.
Q/ What is your returns policy?
A/ In most cases the goods we supply are custom printed or embroidered and they have no value to us to re-sell. We don’t accept returns unless the goods or decoration in orders are faulty. In the unlikely case of goods or the decoration in your order being faulty we reserve the right to replace the faulty goods only. For orders of sample garments, as we have to order these garments in specifically for you we do not accept samples back for refunds. We will gladly however accept the samples back to be included in your production order and provide you with a credit for the sample cost less freight against the full price of your order.
